We're Cori, Wyatt, Connie, and Christy — four friends who share a genuine love of making people feel at home. We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a simple belief: that hospitality done right has a lasting impact. Every guest deserves more than just a place to sleep — they deserve a stay that feels like it was made for them. Because great hospitality doesn't just welcome you. It stays with you.
Cozy Casas Collective is the result of that belief. We've put real care into every detail — from the quality of the bedding to the restaurants we recommend in our welcome guide — because we know firsthand how much it matters when you're away from home.
Co-Host & Quality Lead
Cori is our Quality Lead, and the heart behind our hotel-level clean. Born and raised in Texas, she brings a hometown warmth and an eagle eye to everything she touches. No detail is too small, no need goes unnoticed.
She's the kind of person who anticipates what you need before you ask, and that instinct shows in every corner of this space. When she's not raising the standard, she's enjoying a slow morning and staying active.
Co-Host & Operations Lead
Wyatt is our operations lead and the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. With a background in tech, he brings a systems-thinker's eye to every detail — so nothing slips through the cracks.
When he's not optimizing behind the scenes, you'll find him up in the air. He's a pilot, and honestly, if it flies, floats, or has an interesting story behind it, Wyatt's already curious about it.
Co-Host & Guest Experience Lead
Connie is our Guest Experience Lead, and quite possibly the most relatable person you'll ever meet. She's spent 15 years in hospitality learning exactly what makes people feel at home, and it shows in every message, every detail, every stay. As a realtor too, she's wired to listen, communicate, and make people feel genuinely taken care of.
Connie is the voice behind your messages and the reason your experience feels effortless. Off the clock, she's in her element at home — cooking for the people she loves, one legendary steak at a time.
Co-Host & Marketing/Design Lead
Christy is our Marketing & Design Lead — the one who makes sure Cozy Casas looks as good as it feels. With 12 years of marketing experience and a background in interior design, she approaches every space with intentionality and purpose.
When she's not building the brand, you'll find her out on a walk, hitting a trail, or getting a good workout in with friends — and almost certainly planning her next great meal. Food is her passion, and that love of experience shows up in everything she creates.
