For direct bookings made through cozycasas.com. Reservations made via Airbnb or VRBO are governed by those platforms' policies.

Special Circumstances

Force majeure: Hurricane, fire, or government action that prevents travel. Host discretion — typically a full refund or rebooking is offered.
Guest illness or personal circumstances: Standard policy applies. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
No-show: No refund (per the under-7-day rule).
Early departure: Guests are charged for the full booked stay.
